1. Description of Service

Inktivity is a Strava-connected platform providing:

• Embeddable widgets
• E-ink display dashboards
• Goal tracking

A Strava account is required.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Protecting your credentials
• Activities performed under your account

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Plan

Includes:

• One widget
• Daily synchronization

Pro Plan ($29/year)

Includes:

• All widgets
• 2-hour synchronization

Founder Pass ($49.90 one-time purchase)

Includes:

• Access to all current and future Pro features
• Lifetime access for the life of the product
• Minimum guaranteed service period of three (3) years
• Limited availability

Payments are processed by Creem.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Strava API and Data

We cache Strava activities to improve performance.

Synchronization frequency:

• Free: daily
• Pro / Founder: every 2 hours

You may disconnect Strava at any time.

Changes to Strava APIs may affect functionality and are outside our control.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws.
• Access other users' data.
• Abuse API endpoints.
• Redistribute or resell the Service without permission.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service to reproduce substantial portions of it.

7. Usage Limits

Reasonable limits on devices and widget usage may apply depending on subscription plans.

Widget URLs are intended for personal use.

8. Intellectual Property

Inktivity owns:

• Software
• Design
• Branding

Strava trademarks remain the property of Strava, Inc.

Your activity data remains yours.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS".

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability
• Error-free operation
• Continuous compatibility with third-party services

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Inktivity shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• Service interruption
• Third-party failures
• Strava API changes
• Inaccurate display data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the previous twelve (12) months.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on:

• Strava
• Creem
• Google Analytics

Their availability and policies are outside our control.

12. Service Availability

Because Inktivity depends on third-party services, certain features may change or become unavailable.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify
• Suspend
• Discontinue

parts of the Service.

Founder Pass holders are guaranteed a minimum service period of three (3) years from activation.

Access beyond that period depends on the continued operation of the product.

13. No Medical or Fitness Advice

The Service is provided solely for informational and visualization purposes.

It does not provide:

• Medical advice
• Fitness coaching
• Training recommendations

Users should consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Inktivity operates.
